01 — Project details

Brands and agencies need to understand how to quantify the effectiveness of their advertising investment and prove ROI. But since Factual didn't deliver the ad campaigns directly, we didn't have ROI data from our platform. Factual partnered with Forrester to gain a comprehensive understanding of the ROI associated with leveraging location data and created a campaign around the results.

02 — Campaign content

The results from the commissioned report were overwhelmingly positive so we enlisted several additional paid content pieces including a direct email on eMarketer, ads in industry trades, a webinar with MMA, and paid content on Adweek. All content pages drove to a landing page to download the full Forrester report.

03 — Results

We managed to drive $500k in closed won opportunities sourced by the campaign, 2X from the previous year. The research report continued to be a valuable sales tool for years to come.
